Norm Jones – You’ve already ignored the petition.. you’ve curtailed my speaking time .. it’s not 10% its 2% of the population.. AIDS .. 57,000 may already have it .. 20% will get the full AIDS condition..
George Gair – I wish to move an amendment.. age of consent to eighteen.. age of twenty is too high.. those who want sixteen want the whole loaf with icing on it..
