To contact the curators by email use firstname.lastname@natlib.govt.nz Access to the CollectionsAccess for researchers to the LAGANZ Collections is currently not available. The National Library building is about to undergo a major refurbishment and the collections of the Alexander Turnbull Library, including the Lesbian and Gay Archive, are closed to researchers as these collections are now being packed and moved. However access to the National Library's General Collection is now available at its new reading room located at 77 Thorndon Quay, Wellington. Please see the National Library website's Access to General Collections page for further details. There are Lesbian and Gay publications available from the National Library's General Collections - please go to the National Library Catalogue. These can be read upon request at 77 Thorndon Quay. The LAGANZ manuscripts collection will reopen and be available from 25 February 2010 at Archives New Zealand located at 10 Mulgrave St, Wellington - see the National Library website's htAccess to the Alexander Turnbull Library Collections page for further details. Access to the LAGANZ manusacripts collection at Archives New Zealand will be available by appointment only.
